Tim’s journey in the motor trade began at a young age, working alongside his father at Ferdotti Motor Services. After earning an engineering degree, he joined the business full-time, helping to expand it into a thriving operation with five large workshops, a team of 28 staff, and an annual turnover of £3 million.

With over 25 years of experience specialising in fleet work, Tim has developed a deep understanding of how to build and sustain a profitable garage business. His passion now lies in sharing this expertise and helping other garage owners unlock the full potential of fleet work.
